What should I do? Health question (fitness)?

I registered for PE 111 at my junior college, which is Weight Training. This was before I developed an internal hemorrhoid. I can?t drop the class because it fits perfectly with my schedule and there are no other ones open. I can?t feel my hemorrhoid whatsoever, never ANY pain. It only comes out when I go to the bathroom and then goes back in. My question is, are there any exercises that would be okay to do while in this class? I have it 2 times a week for about an hour and twenty minutes each time.

Would simple shoulder and arm exercises be okay? Like curls, hammer curls, lateral raises? I tried it at home to test it and didn?t feel any pressure whatsoever in my lower region, including my legs. Would those exercises be alright?
